In brief: CLNR uses personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct demonstrations, and follow up interest in our services. We never sell personal data.

2. What personal data do we process?
When you request a demonstration or contact us, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, job title or role, the content of your enquiry and subsequent communications with you. The information collected depends on the fields you complete.
When you visit the website, HubSpot may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of visit, referring website and cookie preferences.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and demonstrations. We use the information to respond, arrange and conduct a demonstration, and follow up your enquiry. Processing is necessary to take steps before entering into a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
Relevant follow-up and marketing. We may send information naturally connected with your enquiry. Where consent is legally required for other electronic marketing, we obtain it separately under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Operation, analytics and security. Necessary technical processing is carried out to operate and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only with consent.
4. HubSpot, sharing and international transfers
We use HubSpot for our website, forms and CRM. HubSpot and its sub-processors therefore process information on our behalf under data processing agreements. We may also share information with other suppliers where necessary to provide our services or where we are legally required to do so.
Personal data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers must be based on a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention and deletion
Information about prospective customers that does not result in a customer relationship is retained as active contact information for no more than 12 months after the last recorded activity. Where a customer or contractual relationship arises, or information is needed to comply with legal obligations or handle legal claims, relevant information may be retained for longer. We delete or anonymise information when the purpose no longer applies.
6. Cookies
The website may use necessary cookies for basic functionality and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are activated only in accordance with the choices you make in the consent banner. You can later change or withdraw your choices through the website's cookie settings.
7. Your rights
You may request access to and a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may always object to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Voluntary information and automated decision-making
Providing personal data is voluntary, but without the necessary contact information we cannot respond to the enquiry or schedule a demonstration. We do not use information from contact forms for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
9. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
