The cleaner app supports 47 languages and the management portal supports 16. This can reduce language barriers, make instructions easier to understand and give employees who speak other first languages better conditions for succeeding at work.

## A better basis for fair workloads

Managers can see areas, tasks, frequencies and estimated time together. This makes it easier to distribute work evenly across employees and identify imbalance before the plan is published.

Tasks are assigned to specific days across the week. Cleaners receive a clear daily plan instead of having to prioritise a full week of tasks within one overall time allowance on their own.
